Artist: Allen Kupeta
Allen Kupeta is a professional visual artist who was born in 1979. He studied at Vega, Sandton and has participated in various exhibitions since 1999. These exhibitions include Young Artist (1999), Black Like Me (2000), Mukuyu Group Exhibition (2001), Black Like Me (2002), and the Krugersdorp Art Festival.
He has also been awarded various prizes for his art creations such as the first place for the Raphael Mural Art Competition (2006) and the awarded for the emerging artist at the Black Like Me exhibition (2010)
Allen’s medium of choice is acrylic paint on canvas.
